In hospitality the pattern never changes: the menu lives in an external PDF or straight on Facebook, the site does not adapt to a phone, and in several cases the page Google is showing does not load at all. We also found sites built with free website builders abandoned years ago, which can no longer be updated even if the owner wanted to.
None of those businesses needs a big website. They need one that opens fast, shows the menu and takes a booking.
