We collect the personal data you voluntarily provide when you fill in our free audit / contact form: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. If you contact us via the WhatsApp button, we receive whatever data WhatsApp shares with a standard chat (typically your name and phone number).

If you accept our cookie banner, we also collect browsing data through Google Analytics (pages visited, time on site, approximate location, device type) and through the Meta Pixel (interactions with this site for ad measurement). No data is collected via analytics or advertising tools if you decline cookies.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Responding to your inquiry (contact form or WhatsApp): based on your consent, given by voluntarily submitting your details, and on our legitimate interest in answering commercial inquiries.
