Málaga is the most contested market on the coast
Almost every agency in the province is based here, and the buyer knows it: a business owner in Málaga will collect three quotes before deciding. A law firm in Teatinos, a workshop in the Guadalhorce industrial estate and a clinic in El Limonar all compete for different searches, but they lose for the same reason — a slow site that is hard to read on a phone.

Between 1 and 25 August 2026 we checked 242 businesses across Málaga city and province one at a time: a direct HTTP request to the domain, certificate status, DNS resolution and a test of ports 80 and 443 from two separate networks. That is a record, not an impression.
Four faults come up again and again: no meta viewport, so the site never adapts to a phone; a domain that only answers over HTTP, so Chrome prints «Not secure» directly above the contact form; an expired domain already bought back by a reseller; and an empty or mis-encoded page title, which is literally the text a customer reads in the Google result.
None of those four costs thousands to fix. The expensive part is the year the business has spent that way.
