The Challenge

Bru & Muñoz Abogados is a family-run law firm based in Benalmádena, on Spain's Costa del Sol, helping expats and foreign investors with property purchases, wills and inheritance, tax, residency and company formation since the 1990s. Their previous website ran on an outdated WordPress install, was only available in Spanish, and didn't reflect the trust a 25+ year legal practice has earned with its international clients.

They needed a website that would:

The Solution

We designed and built the site completely from scratch — no WordPress, no page builder, no third-party template. It runs on clean HTML, CSS and JavaScript with a lightweight custom CMS so the firm can edit their own copy without touching code, deployed on Vercel for speed and reliability.

Each of the four languages (en, es, sv, fi) has its own URL structure, translated slugs and a full hreflang cluster across all 44 pages, so Google indexes and serves the right language variant to the right visitor.

Before launch we ran a Semgrep security audit and fixed a stored XSS vulnerability in the CMS content rendering, then closed out a SEOmator SEO audit covering Open Graph tags, JSON-LD legal business schema, canonical tags and sitemap. The contact form runs on Web3Forms with AJAX submission and localized status messages, backed by a WhatsApp floating button — both tested end-to-end with real submissions reaching the firm.

Results

The site now runs live on the firm's own domain with a valid HTTPS certificate and DNS fully migrated to Vercel. It's verified in Google Search Console with its sitemap submitted, and mobile PageSpeed improved from 70 to 81 after a pass of image compression (WebP) and non-blocking font loading.

The contact form and WhatsApp button are both live and confirmed working end-to-end — real client inquiries are now reaching the firm in the language they wrote in, across all four markets.
